The thing I was most afraid of with Whole 30 was that pesky word, fat.
I would read the meal template and roll my eyes, “I’m already fat.. and now you want me to add more fats to see better results. Yeah… Let me get right on it.”
I mean I was so scared of adding healthy fats into my diet because we are brainwashed into believing that fat is the enemy of weight loss and health. And while “bad fats” are bad, good fats are very beneficial and totally worth looking into.
If you are having trouble with this I encourage you to research healthy fats and why they are an important part of our diets.
I also recommend watching the documentaries, That Sugar Film and The Magic Pill, to understand way fat is made to be a villain in our society, and what’s really the problem..
